Window fell off spring guide

A quick learner from Middletown NJ says:
I have a few windows that fell of the spring guide where the window is inserted on the left and right side. They both are at the bottom of the window and I would like to know how to bring them up so I can insert the window back into the notches. I thought there was a tool that the installer use and showed us how to do this, but I cannot find the tool and forget how to do it.

Good Afternoon,

First, you will have to line up the tilt shoes in the track of the main frame. I use a screwdriver to fit into the front slot of the tilt shoe. By inserting and turning the screwdriver, you will be able to turn off the break shoe and move the tilt shoe where it needs to be, then give it a turn to lock it in place. On some windows, you need to have one tilt shoe a little higher than the other. This is because you have to reinstall the sash on a catty-corner to get it back into the frame. Then, pull up just a little on one side and push down on the other to square up the sash into the main frame. You will also need the 75-006 Charging Toll to reinstall the balance spiral into the tilt shoe and charge it up.
