Window fell and is very heavy when you try to Open. Won't stay up.

Hi. Photo of broken pieces which had fallen over remaining metal
Piece shown in other photos. Do you have an unbroken version of the broken piece and can you offer help on how I repair this window? Thank you.

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid I can only offer an educated guess since the pivot bar is broken. The 26-423 came to mind but you will ultimately have to remove an undamaged version to confirm the specifications.

We can help with the balance as well, it must be a custom order though due to the configuration. If you're interested, we'd need to know the length of the metal channel and the weight of the window sash. May we also see a photo of the stamp printed on the metal channel?
