Window felt weatherstripping: can't identify it or find a source

Would love any assistance identifying the felt weatherstripping i have in my windows and determining whether you supply it.  There is a plastic portion--kind of like a windshield washer blade--that is about 1/2" in width.  That inserts into the groove in my window frame leaving the felt part exposed.  The full width of the plastic piece and exposed felt is about 3/4".
