Window frame channel stop

Question

Hi.  I was installing new channel guides you sent me and the 40 year old plastic piece on the top of the window frame channel shattered.  Any chance you stock these, and if so, can I get 2 sent to me?  I think my credit card is still on file, but if I need to go through that again, I can.  Thank you.

Unfortunately we do not have an exact match for your original guide. The best we can offer is a style like the 18-008, but we cannot guarantee a direct fit. Review the overall dimensions to see what you think! With this guide, you should be able to adapt by moving it up or down to match the installation hole.
