Window frame locking latch

A home owner from Pittsburgh, PA says:

There is a patent number on the back: 5,139,291.

Also the number 075 and 15L.

On the top it is 2 7/8 long by 3/4" wide (not counting the little triangles piece that pops out to hold the window frame in.)

I would like 10 of these.

This tilt latch looks like a dead ringer for our 26-391 and 26-390. Look these over and let me know if you agree.
