Window gasket and also a side pin the window locks into.

I have BF Rich windows .I need to replace the gaskets on the windows they are falling apart they are 28 3/4 "long also need a new latch that the window locks into it won't slide up. Thank you

Hello,

I can't be sure of what you need based on a damaged seal but if yours installs with a flat backing into an opening in the sash frame, the 58-135 may be a good place to start. Take a look and see how the specifications below compare to an intact piece of your weatherstripping.

If you need new pivot shoes as well, take a look and compare the 15-228 to your part removed from the window jamb.

If you need the pivot bar that connects the window sash to the pivot shoe as well, we would need to see an intact version of that part removed from the other side or an identical window to compare to our inventory. Thanks for posting!

   I have BF Rich widows and this is a picture of the end piece of the weatherstripping The plastics part on the bottom is 1/4 wide.BFRich went out of business a few yrs ago.The weatherstripping on the windows are falling apart. Do u carry this weatherstripping ?

It looks like you are showing the same seal included in your original post above. The 58-135 is similar but the backing is only 3/16 wide. The only other option we offer would be the 58-134, which measures 9/32" by 9/32" as shown below. I'm sorry we won't be able to offer a closer match but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
