Window glazing-Pulling

I apologize for the lack of information. We are renting a house and doing some repairs for the landlord as he recovers from surgery. We don't have any numbers or tags. If the picture is not clear, please ask for more. We measured the strip we pictured. The front/left side is 0.5 inches and the back/right side is more like 5/8 in. We would greatly appreciate help indentifying the correct glazing.
