Window glazing for Milgard windows

Sorry for the poor pictures. Need to replace some vinyl glazing on Milgard Windows. The section I removed is so sun damaged and brittle it cracked repeatedly when I attempted to remove it. I tried to hold it together the best I could to see if you can help me identify the replacement needed. Thanks for your assistance.
