Window glazing on single hung windows

My house was constructed in 2013. Recently I observed that the pvc glazing that is installed at the bottom of the top row of glass is lifting and falling apart. I do not know the window supplier. Can you please help me in identifying the part. I would like to replace this item on all my windows.
