Channel Balance Inquiry
Thanks for posting. It's a little hard to discern the details of your photo. But take a look at either our Series 351 or Series 390 Channel Balances. Does the style of the nylon attachments match those of your old balances? The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. The Series 351 bottom nylon shoe has a depth of 1", whereas the Series 390 bottom nylon shoe has a depth of 1-1/8". Compare with your old balances and see if you think either of these is a match. If not, let us know.
After you know which balance to choose, you need to select the right length. I'm afraid it's impossible for me to accurately judge this based on your photo. To determine the right length to choose, measure the length of the metal channel, but not including the nylon attachments. Finally, you must also select a stamp option. Search for a stamp code on the metal channel; it should correspond to one of the stamp options listed on the product pages. Let us know if you have further questions.
The shoe is the nylon attachment at the end of the balance that sits at the bottom of the window. See the video below for details on what we need.
