Window glides and top hardware on window

Question

Markings are 29 9 kW cmc 7. Glide is 30" window is 28.4 lbs can you help identifie and would you have in stock?

Hey, thanks for posting. I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 380 or our Series 385 balances.

Now, as you can see, there is only one difference between these two Series, and that is their bottom shoe. The Series 380 uses the 15-005 while the Series 385 uses the 15-004. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match.

I'm not so sure about your sash weight. I would double check it one more time, because it doesn't seem to match your existing stamp. If you can confirm that it is 28.4 pounds, then I recommend our 295 option.

The broken top sash guide might be our 18-166, but it's hard to tell without seeing one removed from the sash.
