It appears you have a Simonton pivot bar. Our 26-336 pivot bar, which is a newer style of your pivot bar, should work just fine for you. Take a look and let us know what you think.
A quick learner from VIRGINIA says:
The pivot bar pictured is the one I need. I ordered the replacement number (26-336) you suggested but it did not work. Do you have the one pictured?

The pivot bar pictures isn't made anymore. Simonton discontinued it and designed the 26-336 specifically to replace it. It should have worked for you; I've personally used it countless times to replace the old model. Where exactly are you running into issues?
