Thanks for posting. This is called a Coil Balance system. The coiled springs are what regulate the movement of the window. I am confident we can help you, but there's many different kinds of these coil systems, and we'll need you to remove your assembly from the window for a closer photo. We specifically need to see the pivot shoe further down the window track that the springs connect to. The identity of the pivot shoe tells us the coil springs you need. See the video below that shows how to remove and replace these parts.
