Window handle

Hello, I'm looking for replacements for window handles. We recently purchased a condo from the 60s that seems to have old handles and nobody carries a similar size. There are 2 handles on each window and the windows slide sideways to open them. The holes are about 2 1/4 inches apart, which is the problem since comparable handles we have found are always bigger. We asked a window repair service nearby who referred us to you since they had never seen a handle like this before. Hope you can help us. Thanks!
