I'm trying to get the parts before I go to the job site to give costs.. I didn't see this window latch in your product inventory.. Thankyou though!

The lock reminds me of a part we see from time to time, which we don't carry but recommend the 38-036 as a potential replacement. See another customer's post here showing the internal part of the lock. The determining factor would be if the dimensions and the locking hook that attaches to the internal portion of the window match yours.
