Thank you for reaching out to us. It looks like your operator is stripped, which means you'll need a new one. We're happy to help, but we'll need to see photos of the operator assembly fully removed from the linkage and window. Specifically, we'd like to see the top and bottom installation tabs, as well as the link arm. Written-out dimensions are also helpful.
