Window handle crank

Question

Hi. Need help.
Window crank spins but slips when opening and closing, this one is on the left side of the wind. Which part is direct replacement to fix this issue.

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but it would help to see the entire operator assembly. If you could open the window so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible, that would help us determine which handles would be compatible. Thank you!
