I was not able to locate this exact window handle. Have a look at our 26-116 and 26-247. Do you think you can use either one of these as an alternative? Look them over and see what you think.

The first picture I sent you of the handle is upside down sending you a new picture of the handle on the window cannot use the handles that you sent me

I agree with Paul, the two handles he recommended should work. It would require drilling new holes in your sash, but otherwise they just mount to the face of the sash.

We weren't able to find a better match for your old handle. These are the best options that we're able to supply.
