Window handle replacements

Home Owner from California
Hello, I have one broken window handle that snapped off and another window handle that was missing in the home we moved into. They both appear to be different. There are no markings on the one with the missing handle. Inside the casement of the one with the broken handle it says Truth Hardware. The former owner believes the models for these are Pacific Sierra (broken handle) and Milgard (missing handle). I couldn't seem to locate these on your website and would appreciate help finding the replacement parts. Thank you!

Hello, thank you for posting,

For a new handle for the Milgard operator, please review the 39-230 or 39-224 folding handle. These handles fit onto a 5/16" hex gear bore.

For the other operator, unfortunately the spline that the handle fits onto has broken off. This will require replacing the full crank operator. To further review, we will need to see the window open where we can see the arm(s). With the window unlocked, you should be able to gently push the window sash open to see the arm(s). From there we can determine the correct replacement for your window. Thank you!

Thank you! Here is a photo of the window arm and operator. The broken one is identical to this one, please recommend the correct replacement part. Thank you!

Thank you,

I believe you have either the 39-449 and 39-450 that uses the 39-529 track slider at the end of the arm or the 39-460 and 39-461 that uses a different style guide attached.

These styles both have a 11-3/4" arm measured from the middle of the base. You will need to disconnect the arm and measure to see which guide is used to confirm the correct replacement. Let me know if you see any discrepancies.

If you need a new cover and handle, see the 39-375 and 39-376
