I am searching to replace our crank out window handles. Hoping the attached pics will help you to identify what handles I need to order. Thank you so much. PO5-781 I think is what is on the inside of handle.

Take a look at our 39-226, which has a male 5/16" pro hex drive. Look over the dimensions and see what you think.

I have another question. 2 of my windows crank out to the left and 2 crank out to the right. Would this handle work for either one?

Yes, if this handle matches what you need in terms of the specifications we list on its shop page, it should work for either left or right-handed operators.
