A quick learner from Nj says:
I can't find the Manufacturer's name of this window. The first set of pictures is of the lock and the second set is of the cranking mechanism. I would need multiple parts of each. Thanks!

This is almost definitely a Pella brand window. They're the only company who uses this operator. Specifically, see our 39-176. I think you'll agree that this is a match. See our 39-175 for the opposite side.

It's tougher to make out the locks, but since this is a Pella window then odds are you want our 38-274 and 38-275 locks, as well as a 38-284 keeper. Review our photos and dimensions and let me know if my guess is accurate. If not, we can try to find something better.
