Window hardware

A home owner from Richfield Wisconsin says:
Looking to replace the window cranks on a few windows in the house that don't operate any more. The house was built in the late 80s and with cranks say K&K it looks like. They also say Entrygard Truth and some numbers 20810, R30842. Those number can be found in the pictures I sent over. The pictures are of a window that functions in my house and I'm assuming it would be the same hardware as what's on the non operational windows.

Hello,

I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 39-031 and 39-032 Entrygard operators to yours, paying close attention to the 4-7/16" length of the shorter link arm. Thanks for posting!
