Hello. I have one window that needs the part that makes the window open and close. See photos. Hope you can help.

The casement operator you have here appears to be an older, discontinued version of the 39-091 ROTO Casement Operator. To confirm that this is the correct replacement, you'll need to carefully look over the dimensions and compare them. Unfortunately, we do not sell the compatible link arm for this operator. You'd need to reuse your existing arm, if possible. Also, see the 39-092 opposite-handed version if needed.

As for the hinges, our 36-048 2-Bar Hinge Set may be worth considering. Carefully review the specifications, paying close attention to the 10" base that attaches to the top and bottom of the window frame. Thank you!
