Window hardware

Hello there. We may be able to help, but I need to see photos of the hardware in question, preferably removed from the window. We should be able to narrow down what you need from there. 

Thanks! It's tough to make out what hinge you have without seeing it out of the window, but a good place to start is our 36-048. As long as the base track is 10" long then our part should work for this window. Just make sure to replace the top and bottom at the same time.
