Thanks for reaching out to us! This window operator looks like it could be replaced with the 39-031 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator. The opposite handed operator is the 39-032. While I am confident this is the correct match, carefully review and compare the dimensions below to confirm.

I believe you may be referring to the casement window hinge. The operator should have only two arms, as shown in the photo provided above.
The hinge is installed below the operator, giving the illusion that it is all one part, but they are two separate mechanisms.
If you need to replace the hinge, I'm happy to recommend a replacement for it, but I'll need to know the length of the track installed to the window sill.
