Window hardware

We can replace this hardware, but we will need more information. First, please tell us the width and thickness of the pivot shoe. You should remove it from the window before you measure to make sure it's as accurate as possible. Please also read the dimensions to us, I'm not sure we'll be able to identify it with just a picture of the tape measure held next to it. Those kind of photos can often be inaccurate.

Next, please remove the spiral balance and give us the length and diameter of the metal tube.
