This is a bay window that was installed in the 90s. The window is in good shape but the crank part has broken on one side.

My only suggestion as a replacement is the 39-366 along with the 39-504 track with would mount to the bottom of your sash. I personally have never tried it, but we feel it may be worth taking a look and see if you can adapt it to your window.
