Window hardware

Quick Learner
I have a slide up window wn# 16374. The window is loose in its track and will not stay up.
Can I get the hardware to fix this?
How much is it?
How much to ship to Aldergrove BC V4W 3N8?

I am unsure what hardware is required. I hope you can tell from the photos what is required to get this window operational again.

Hello,

If the window sash is not staying up as it should, the problem is most likely the balance. Channel balances for non-tilt windows like yours install on the left and right sides of the window to support the weight of the window sashes. There's a good chance that we can supply the replacements that you need but we would need to see photos of them uninstalled to compare to our inventory. Make sure to include both ends and any numbers stamped on the metal channel. See the video below that shows the process of removing this type of non-tilt channel balance. Thank you!

The window I am looking for the parts for was completely missing these parts, but the identical window beside it had them. Here are the pictures of it along with the # on it. Is this the # I need to order new ones?

Thanks for getting back to us. The 2030 stamp would indicate the spring strength needed to support the window sash, which we can use since you mentioned that the windows were the same size. Unfortunately, the stamp code does not indicate the correct replacement balances. I believe that we can supply the balances that you need but I would like to see the opposite side of the nylon fitting showing the metal pulley clip to determine exactly what you need.

Thanks for getting back to us. We just sent over an order link and price quote for two balances with the same end fittings and spring strength as the assembly shown in your photos. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else.
