Thanks for reaching out! There is a chance that we can supply you with the replacement hardware needed for your window but I'll need a bit more information to confirm. 

To start, I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator to confirm the correct replacement. The body of the operator looks familiar but I've seen it on a few different operators. So to narrow down the recommendations, I'll need to see a photo of the arm(s) and how the operator connects to the bottom of the swinging window.

In regard to what appears to be the window lock, I'll also need to see this part removed from the window to confirm the correct replacement.
