Thanks for writing in! The piece you have here is the pivot arm from your window hinge. The black nylon piece attached to it is the track slider which slides in the track installed to the window sill. All of these pieces are sold together as one assembly.

I believe our 36-048 2-Bar Hinge Set could possibly work for your repairs. You'll need to be sure to carefully compare all of the dimensions. Keep in mind, there is a chance they may not be an exact match, so you'll need to replace both the top and bottom hinges. These sets can be use for right and left side applications.
