Question

As you can see by the attached pics, this unit has broken and needs to be replaced. Not sure of the window manufacturer but the unit has "L10" marked on it. That's the only marking.  Part of the coil spring is still inside the unit showing that it snapped in half. Do you have this replacement part?

Thanks for posting. The pivot shoe looks like an older version of the 15-087. Please compare. This shoe works with Series 180 Coil Balances. The '10' stamp likely means you can use the S180-10 10 pound spring. You can weigh the window sash to confirm this to be safe. The video below explains how. Let me know if you have any questions.
