Thank you for waiting during this busy season. It's hard to make out accurate dimensions from a photo of a tape measure. Can you write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center to center? We'd also like to know the backset, which is measured from the center of the front installation hole to the front edge of the latch. 

Thank you! Take a look at the 26-120 and 26-121, along with the 26-228 and 26-229. These tilt latches measure 2-1/8" on the installation hole centers with a 3/4" backset. Review the specifications and see how they compare with yours.
