Window hardware

Question

Please find attached photos of my broken widow hardware. I've also included a picture from the opposite side showing the same piece of intact hardware. These pieces appear to be covers for the window balancers. The window is aluminum vertical sliding and the piece is extruded aluminum.
Here's a pic of the other side sash stop still installed, I couldn't get the screw out to Show you it Uninstaller but it's just like the broken one.
