Question

Hello, I am looking to buy a Constant Force Balance system and tilt latch for the window in the picture. I am unsure of the replacement part number. It is an aluminum window. The window sticker shows this is a series 7000 SH/"J" Channel AAMA/NWWDA 101/I.S. 2-97 H-R30-48x72 (REINF) H-R40-48x72 (REINF) (MODIF) H-R40*-72x72 (MULL). Do you carry both of these items?

Hey there. I am confident we can help, but we'll need you to remove the coil balance system and show us clear photos of the pivot shoe. We'll also need the thickness of the springs (should be 3/8" or 1/2"). For the tilt latches, see if the 26-243A and 26-244A match up.
