Window hardware questions

Question

Can you help to identify the hinge and operator hardware in the attached photos? It appears that the hinges could be sprung because the gap between the window and jamb on the left side(outdoor view) is about 1/4" and the right side is up against the jamb. The opening hardware is operating properly however, I'd like to replace everything to insure that it works similarly to new.

Thanks for reaching out to us. The 39-070 awning operator comes to mind. This is compatible with the 39-170 bracket (sold separately).

As for the hinge, take a look at the specifications for the 36-048 and see if they match what you're searching for. We just recommend you replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
