Thanks for reaching out! I'm afraid we would not be able to provide you with a replacement for the casement hinge track slider you are searching for. This is not something that we sell separately and (to our knowledge) I'm not sure that anyone else does.
That being said, I'm happy to recommend a replacement hinge, I'll just need to know the measurement for the length of the track installed to the window sill. It would also help to see a photo of the entire hinge.
Regarding the weathersripping, while we cannot offer an identical replacement for your Norco seal, our 58-055 9/32" Bubble Seal With Angled Base should work well as a suitable alternative. This has been used to replace similar Norco glazing beads in the past.
To determine if this will work for your repairs, be sure to look over the dimensions.
