this is a window hinge for a late 70s Pozzi casement window. We have found that the plastic slide device is beginning to break down on some windows. I couldn't find a match in your online catalog. Number on the longer piece (7 11/16") that is attached to the window is 30147. The shorter piece (5 3/8") is 30350. Both 1/2" wide. The black plastic piece 2" x 21/32".
