Window hinge

My customer has 4 30"/60" casement windows, the hinge pieces on the bottom are rusted out. The hinge piece consists of a track the screws to the jamb 1 arm that clips to a bracket mounted on the window. The main track is about 13" the arm is about 10" and the bracket on the window is about 5" . All we can find is a double arm hinge. There is also a model number stamped on the arm 32062.
I think it's a Jeldwen window but not positive.

Hello,

It looks like you may need one of the Encore-style operators shown in the video below. The determining factor would be the fitting used to attach the long arm to the sash track. Take a look at the video and related items to confirm the correct replacement. 

We do not carry an exact replacement for your hinges but we do offer the 36-049 set with a 14" base. These could work as long as the top and bottom hinges are replaced at the same time. Thank you!
