Where do I find a number on a Better Bilt 1998ish window? Or not necessary for obtaining parts?

It's not always necessary for us to know the brand name/numbers on a window to be able to find replacement parts. Could you send us some photos of the parts that you need replaced? This will be the best way to determine the parts that you'll need.
