Window inserted weather stripping

Question

We are trying to find replacement weather stripping for our windows for our house that was built in 1999.  The part that is inserted into the wood is around 1/4 of an inch and has two rubber strips along the length of it.  It appears to be an offset bulb or L shape with a flattened bulb underneath which may have foam inside.
