Window is about 12 years old. Track I believe.

Thanks for reaching out to us. If the depth of your bottom balance shoe measures 1-1/8", then I believe you may be able to go with our Series 390 channel balance system. If I am reading your stamping correctly on the balance, it appears to read "2320". Please confirm that is the actual number on the balance. Should it be correct, then you want to go with a 24" metal length balance, giving you our product S390-24 with a 2320 option.
