Window is missing its channel balances

I have a non tilt window that is missing both of the channel balances,I do not have anything to reference a part number. My house only one this window.
Are there other ways I can determine what model I should order from you?

Without having the original balance on hand to use as reference, it's very hard to say what could work. An educated guess would be our S385-22 channel balance with a 2140 option. Look it over and see what you think.
