I have an old TRUTH left hand casement window that is not closing, but opens fine. Im trying to determine whether I need a new crank or whole thing, and hopefully the part #

Hello there. When that gear pops out with the handle, I am afraid it means the whole operator must be replaced. Open the window and show us clear photos of the arm(s). That will narrow it down.

Thanks for getting back to me. Looks like you might have the 39-032 or 39-156 Dual-Arm Operator, depending on the arm length. See below. For new covers and handles, see the 39-114L and 39-107 sold separately.
