Window issue

Question

I cannot find markings on windows and I can't get the sash to come out of frame so can't get a better picture. Trying to fix and determine parts as the window will not stay up.

Hello,

Your balance resembles the (3/8") S900 or (5/8") S600, depending on the diameter of the plastic housing tube.

You'll need to raise your window sash about six inches and tilt it in. Never tilt a sash at the sill, or you might damage the sash. Then, twist the sash to release the sash from the pivot shoes. See the related videos on this page to assist you. Thanks for posting!
