HI,
These windows are tall, they are in a school building. Windows are unable to shut tight and it is extremely hard to open. I notice the rope that helps it to open is snapped.

It sounds like you need replacement balances and pivot shoes for these windows. We'd be happy to help but we would need to see undamaged versions of these parts removed from the window, including the exact width and thickness of the pivot shoe, to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
