I have a number of these on my current windows that are broken where the top portion of the latch has sheared off. There seems to be two different types of keepers on the windows. To the best of my ability I have included the measurements of each below. The stickers on the windows state they are Simonton windows. It also appears that when installed the holes did not line up exactly and they had to drill an additional hole to accommodate the screw
Any help in identifying these and if you have them in stock is appreciated.
Pics 1799 and 1800 - rectangle shaped; 1-1/2" wide, 15/16" tall, 1" between holes, 13/16" from top to middle of hole
Pics 1801 and 1802 - rectangle shaped with a slight hump at the top; 1-7/16" wide, 1" tall, 1" between holes, 13/16" from top to middle of hole.

We don't have an exact match for this Face Mount Keeper, but could you use our 90-237 as a replacement? Take a look and see what you think.
