Window knobs

Hello! I'm afraid I don't know what a "knob" is in this case, but based on your photo I would wager that you need a new operator. We should be able to help, but before I recommend anything I'd like you to disconnect the long arm from the track and show me a clear picture of the very end of it. That will allow me to make a good suggestion.
