Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but the latch shown in your photo is too damaged to identify. We would need to see an intact latch from the other side or an identical window to compare to our inventory. We'll also need you to write-out the exact distance between the center of the installation holes to narrow down your options. Thank you!

The entire unit is 3 & 1/8 inches long and the holes are 2 & 1/8 inches from the center of each hole.

Thanks for getting back to us. We carry two latch pairs with 2-1/8" hole spacing, which we've related on this page for you to review. Look over the dimensions from our product page below to confirm if one of them matches your original latch.

26-121 has the correct dimensions. I need 9 sets, so I need a left and a right for each window. I also need to release tool for the window pulley system.

Great, you're welcome to purchase the 26-120 and 26-121 tilt latches directly on our website.

As for the tool, you mentioned, it sounds like it may be for your window balances. If so, we would need to see the original balances to confirm if we offer a tool to replace them. Thank you.

Thanks for getting back to us. It looks like you have spiral balances like the (3/8") S900 or (5/8") S600. See the 75-006 tool used for installation and to charge the balances. See the videos related on this page to assist you.

Note that the charging tool is currently back ordered but you can also use a pair of needlenose pliers to grasp the spiral and change the replacement balances if you're on a time crunch.
