I have a broken window latch that needs replacement.
I don't think that is the correct part (90-323) though it looks similar. My latch part doesn't have any visible screw holes. It operates by pulling the (broken) handle toward the sliding pane releasing the latch from the non-sliding pane so it will open.
Thank you.

Hello,
The 90-323 does appear to be our closest match for your Ply gem lock. I believe the installation holes are under the oval cover piece on your lock. Take a look at the dimensions to see if you think this could work for you.

Casey, you are correct. That does appear to be the correct part. I have removed the oval cover plate and the two screws but I'm having difficulty removing the latch from the frame. Any tricks or special procedures to get it off?

Unfortunately, there's no easy way to disengage the lock if it broke in the locked position. If the screws are removed and it still won't come off of the keeper, we'd suggest enlisting the help of a professional since the lock will most likely need to be cut out to remove it from the keeper.
