Window latch

Question

Modu -wall.  Is the only marking on it.  What I would call a cam style  handle is about 3.5 inches long.  Mounts horizontal to the window frame the cam goes thru the frame and catches the small strike inside the window frame  mounting holes are about 3 inches on center
